  • Obtain full satisfaction of our Clients with the product and service, providing them with immediate attention for the best use of the purchased product, taking responsibility for their quality.
  • Produce high-value products. In the case of food, these will also be safe, authentic, and nutritious, and it is the responsibility of the Organization to respond to its consumers for this.
  • Comply with current national legislation that applies to the organization in environmental, energy, occupational health and safety, and food safety matters, as well as those applicable to products marketed abroad.
  • Minimize the consumption of natural resources, energy and raw materials and the production of waste by actively seeking the use of renewable resources and energy-efficient technologies, which prevent environmental pollution and protect the environment, thus contributing to Sustainable Development.

  • Provide our staff with the appropriate training to perform their tasks with the required quality and with a high level of food safety, safety for themselves, for the facilities and for the Environment.
